We are looking for a person with the following skills:

• SAP CRM experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook and
  Database management

• Proficient in English, Tamil, or Hindi, with good oral and written communication skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal and written) with the ability to interact
  with people at all levels

• Good work ethics

• Proactive in anticipating customer needs

• Strong sense of urgency in resolving issues and continuous improvement mindset

• Effective team player who is resourceful and competent to work independently
