SAP CRM experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook and
Database management
Proficient in English, Tamil, or Hindi, with good oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal and written) with the ability to interact
with people at all levels
Good work ethics
Proactive in anticipating customer needs
Strong sense of urgency in resolving issues and continuous improvement mindset
Effective team player who is resourceful and competent to work independently
